Managing Partner

Michael advises companies on corporate taxation, tax dispute strategy, and transaction structuring, with a strong emphasis on practical documentation, regulatory compliance, and effective tax risk management. He is a licensed tax consultant in Indonesia, practising under Licence No. KEP-383/SK/SK.5/2026 and Tax Consultant Practice Permit No. KP-11322/IP.C/2026.

As a Junior Tax Consultant, Dionisius supports clients in fulfilling their tax obligations accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable tax regulations. The role includes assisting with the preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns, processing and reconciling financial and tax data, preparing supporting working papers, and handling tax-related administrative matters. With strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a continuously developing knowledge of Indonesian taxation, he/she is committed to providing responsive support and practical solutions tailored to each client’s tax needs.
